Financial Terms

Project Fee

In consideration of the above project analysis mentioned and team structure and scope of work, AAA Media Company will charge the client with project fees As mentioned in the plan + 10%Agency Commission +Taxes.

Project Fee

  • 100% advance at the time of Confirmation.

  • All payments are Non- Refundable.

  • Crisis Management is not part.

  • Taxes as Applicable.

Campaign Duration

 30 days

General Terms & Conditions

  • AAA Media will begin the project after approval of the defined scope of the project.

  • AAA Media would make available, a relationship manager, designers, along with content writers for the same.

  • Any changes and further design enhancements that make the project go into more than the above-defined timeline would initiate a new SOW (scope of work) document to be drafted.

  • The terms, conditions, and other details provided in this proposal stand valid for a period not exceeding 10 Days from the date of the agreement and associated legal documents being accepted and signed by both parties.

  • Costs for image purchases, copyrights and hosting will be borne by the client and all base content will be provided to AAA Media by the client.

  • Miscellaneous 3rd party costs such as influencer associations, video productions, etc. will be charged at a Mutually agreed supervision fee on actuals.

  • Any billing to be routed through agency: Actual + Mutually agreed agency. 

  • Any Crisis management will be charged extra.

  • Taxes: Extra as applicable

  • Agency will charge a Mutually agreed agency Commission for conceptualizing and executing Media plans. Creatives for media will be charged as per the scope of work.

Out of Scope of Retainer

  • Any form of creative development.

  • Media monitoring and media tracking will be charges extra.

  • Any State/city not mentioned in SOW will be charged extra.

  • Any sort of development of applications & programs.

  • Production of audio visuals, GIFs, videos and films outside of scope of work

  • E-mailers, banners, media creative, etc. above the scope of work. Social media creatives for media push – carousels, canvas, Fb ad creatives will incur additional creative charges will be as per an agreed rate card.

  • Any listening or lead generation will be considered out of scope and charged separately.

  • Any influencer engagement activity will be charge Mutually agreed agency commission and supervision fees.

  • Web Development: Designing and development of websites or microsites or/ and landing pages.

  • Any Video making not mentioned in SOW will be charged on actual + Mutually agreed agency supervision fees.

  • Other Third-Party Costs: Any production job which needs the help of a third-party vendor, Film Production, Innovation/Activation, Game/Microsite application, Radio production, Photoshoot, Stock images, Flash coding, etc. Costs for all such jobs will be submitted for approval before execution.

  • The Agency will charge an agency fee of Mutually agreed agency on such third-party costs including those not mentioned above.

  • All extraordinary and unusual work not being incidental to the services to be rendered under the Agreement requested by client will be charged at actual.

  • Agency will charge a Mutually agreed supervision fee.

  • All Travel expense for the team is not included.
