The civic elections are considered the semi-finals of the Lok Sabha
Municipal elections are being considered as the semi-finals of the Lok Sabha before 2024. After the Uttar Pradesh civic elections, now direct Lok Sabha elections are to be held. This is the reason why all the parties are gearing up for the elections. The party which wins the civic polls will go with a psychological edge in the Lok Sabha elections. It is said that the key to the power of the country goes only through the Uttar Pradesh elections. Only the party that performs well here gets power at the Centre. There is a total of 80 Lok Sabha seats here. In the Lok Sabha elections 2019, BJP won 62 out of 80 seats. The party will once again try to repeat its performance.
