There can be relief from the terrible heat, but rain is expected in some states including Delhi

In many states including Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Bihar, Punjab, the mercury has already reached above 40 degree Celsius. Meanwhile, Indian Meteorology has given relief from the heat.

New Delhi: It is scorching heat in entire North India including the national capital Delhi. Everyone is troubled by this heat. The heat of the day increases so much that it seems that this summer is of June-July. In many states including Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Bihar, and Punjab, the mercury has already reached above 40 degrees Celsius. Meanwhile, Indian Meteorology has given relief from the heat. According to IMD, it may rain in many states of North India including Delhi from April 17.


It may rain in Delhi from Tuesday

According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of strong thunderstorms in the western Himalayan region between April 17 and April 20. Along with this, rain and thunderstorms on April 18 and 19 in the plains of North West India can give relief from this scorching heat. The weather pattern will change in Delhi from tomorrow. According to IMD, there will be a change in the weather in Delhi from tomorrow Tuesday, under which there is a possibility of rain and thunderstorm. Due to this, a drop in temperature will also be seen.


There is a possibility of rain in these states as well.

Along with this, rain may occur in many areas of Himachal Pradesh, Jammu-Kashmir, Punjab, Uttarakhand, Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh from April 18 to 20. Along with this, there is a possibility of hailstorms at some places in these states. According to the department, there is a possibility of light to moderate rain in the western Himalayan regions in the next five days.
